The fee is $140.00 and checks should be made out to Lizabeth Baker Wade, RN only. Please send in your registration form and fee within five days of making your reservation to ensure your place in class. If you do not send in your registration within five days please reconfirm availability.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the listed class time.
If you do not hear from Birth And Beyond, your registration has been received and you are confirmed for your class date. Please make a copy of the registration form and keep it for your records.
