Are you having problems getting your baby/child to sleep through
the night? Would you like education on creating a healthy sleep
foundation for your newborn? Are naptimes and bedtimes in your house
a constant source of exhaustion and frustration? Attend our upcoming
information session on infant and child sleep learning. Doula, sleep
consultant, and clinical social worker Brandi J. Rouse, MSW will
be leading a talk on obtaining restful sleep for your
infant/child. You will learn the basics to creating a sleep/eating
routine that is appropriate for your child’s age and stage,
as well as the actual sleep needs for your child’s developmental
sleep stage. You can asses your personal parenting philosophy to
impact your child’s sleep, and learn how to use that information
to help your family get the sleep the “whole” family
needs. You will also be able to ask questions related to your individual
child. This
informational and education session is hosted by Outside the Box
Developmental
Play Groups.
