Parenting philosophy helps each family celebrate what is working, identify areas of conflict or tension and offers tools and techniques to strengthen the clarity of your communication and for meeting everyone’s needs. L.O.V.E. Parenting helps you align with your core values in a way that respects the whole family and helps you make sure your actions are consistent with your vision for your best life with your children. L.O.V.E. Parenting suggests specific ideas for various situations that confront families in the first year, in the toddler and preschool years, and as the family expands and deals with sibling issues, and lastly, there are core L.O.V.E. Parenting practices that can be applied to all stages of parenthood.

Parenting classes at Birth & Beyond and The Sanctuary Birth & Family Wellness Center. She has written on the topic of birth and nursing and her articles are being published in The Mother Magazine, UK & The Compleat Mother, USA.
