Class description

Labor and Delivery Basics is a 3 ½-4 hour class covering the following:

• Signs of labor
• Stages of Labor
• Normal Vaginal Birth
• The immediate post partum period of the mother and neonate
• Interventions

Ample material will be provided to cover topics such as relaxation techniques, positions for laboring, problem solving and Cesarean Section.
