Our class covers all the information you'll need to feel comfortable, informed and excited about the upcoming delivery. We thoroughly cover the pre-operative instructions including unexpected onset of labor, the OR experience and the post-operative period. The Post Operative portion of our class will include:

· Coping with post operative pain
· Advancing diet
· The first time out of bed
· Breastfeeding after Cesarean
· Transitioning to home
· When to call the obstetrician
