Mothers will learn about baby’s development and will discuss the changes and challenges that come with motherhood. Each week we will talk about what is new and challenging. The group will be a place to make new supportive friendships.

Topics presented will reflect the needs of each group, and will include regulating your baby's sleep routine, feeding, marriage and developmental play.

Elyse Eberstein, MSW, received her masters at USC with an emphasis in Children and Families. Elyse has been working with parents and children since 2000. Her experience as a mother of 2 children has led her to supporting other mothers.
